Lucy's pups

This is a mix of an F1 Goldendoodle (a cross between a Golden Retriever and a Poodle) and a purebred miniature Poodle. This results in a dog that is approximately 75% Poodle and 25% Golden Retriever.

size

Lucy’s previous litters have all reached a weight of approximately 30 pounds. This was expected given the weights of their parents. Lucy weighs about 50 pounds while Winston is around 12 pounds.

fur

The puppies have a variety of colors, ranging from light to dark brown, with fur types that include straight, wavy, and curly, as well as unique traits such as birthmarks or dark ears, just like their mom.

traits

These dogs have developed into smart and affectionate companions. They are ideal family pets who enjoy the company of their people. Quick to learn and adapt, they truly are wonderful dogs.

upbringing:

These pups will be raised in the comfort of our very own home. From day one, we are dedicated to helping each puppy grow to be independent and ready for their forever homes. They are introduced to crate training and potty training, and they will be well-socialized with a variety of experiences (ENS, handling, nail trimming, etc.), objects (vacuum, bath, car rides, etc.), sounds (thunderstorm, loud music, doorbell, etc.), age groups (babies, toddlers, kids, teens, adults), and animals as part of their training to prepare them for their new families.

potty training

As soon as those pups open their eyes, we work towards potty training. Before they go home, each pup has been potty training for 6 weeks which helps the transition in their new homes go smoothly.

Why a goldendoodle?

Goldendoodles are often considered the best of all worlds because they're a perfect mix of their parents, the Golden Retriever and the Poodle. They have a fantastic temperament, combining the Golden Retriever's friendly, patient nature with the Poodle's intelligence and eagerness to please. This makes them highly trainable and excellent companions for families with children and other pets. Another big plus is their low-shedding coat, which makes them a great choice for people with mild allergies and means less fur to clean up around the house. They are also incredibly versatile, happy to play fetch and go for walks, but just as content to settle in for a cuddle on the couch. Simply put, Goldendoodles offer the best of both worlds: a smart, loving dog that's easy to live with and fits well into almost any home.
